Santori Blue Label features select quality beef cuts with Wagyu marbling.

Developed for a versatile range of professional food services in western and traditional Asian cuisine; these products can be easily handled on grills or Teflon surfaces with 3-5 minutes as the optimal cooking time.

All Santori Blue Label products are processed with our proprietary marbling technique to produce a Wagyu-flavoured texture that is both tender and juicy.   For volume establishments, we are able to provide consistent supply and customize steak portioning accordingly.
