Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Anaplan implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

Translate complex business planning processes into flexible, scalable Anaplan models.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and model builders to ensure alignment of planning solutions with organizational goals.

Design model architecture and implement best practices to ensure performance, scalability, and sustainability.

Provide hands-on support in model development and serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all Anaplan-related issues.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill internal model builders and end-users.

Ensure data integrations between Anaplan and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI tools) are effective and reliable.

Maintain Anaplan models and implement enhancements as business needs evolve.

Document design specifications, data flows, and technical procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Anaplan model building and architecture.

Certified Anaplan Model Builder; Anaplan Solution Architect Certification is strongly preferred.

Proven experience with full-cycle Anaplan implementations in large enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of business planning processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or HR.

Excellent skills in dimensional modeling, modular design, and Anaplan’s DISCO methodology.

Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and data platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
