Job Responsibilities

Gathering business requirements and analyzing the as-is and to-be business processes. 

Creating a Business Requirement Document (BRD). 

Coordinating with project stakeholders, both internal and external, such as business process leaders, developer (IT) teams, and systems and procedures teams related to business and project needs. 

Conducting system testing based on the agreed BRD and SOP (UAT, SIT). 

Preparing materials and conducting training related to system changes and usage. 

Monitoring project implementation results to ensure they align with the initial objectives. 

Requirements 

1. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 

2. Work Experience : Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. 

3. Skills 

Technical skills:

Experience in documenting business processes and creating BRDs,

Familiarity with system testing processes (UAT, SIT),

Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence, Excel),

Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. 

Soft skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,

Ability to facilitate meetings, training, and user support sessions. 

5. Language Skills 

Proficiency in English is a must.
