Manage improvement initiatives in Finance area from evaluate business processes, gather requirements, and develop and implement solutions. This position will have a key role in facilitating communication between stakeholders, aligning business processes with business goals, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into detailed business requirement documents.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, processes, or changes to existing ones to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with business goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst Manager or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and project management software.
• Structured and ability to work under pressure
